How long are the leases?
All lease are at lease for a 7 month terms with longer term a rollover available.

Can I pay weekly or monthly?
You can pay the rent weekly or monthly.

How much money do need to move into a Tampa mobile home?
All you need to move in is the first and last weeks rent or one months rent.

How much is the security deposit?
We do not hold a security deposit.

What does the rent cover?
We pay for water, sewer, and garbage. You pay for electric (Teco) and cable (Bright House).

Do you have an application fee?
We have a 15.00 application fee.

What size Tampa mobile homes do you have?
We have one and two bedroom units.

Hold unit policy?
All mobile home rental and RV lot rentals are first come first served. We do not hold units.

What is your pet fee and policies?
We charge a $100.00 Pet fee. This is to cover some on the damage that is usually caused by house pets. Management reserves the right to approve all pets living on the property. Up to two pets allowed,  No large dogs or aggressive breads.

Do you have motor home and RV lot rentals?
We have several vacant motor home lots you can rent. They rent for $300. This includes hook up to power, water and sewer. Older RV units are OK with us. (Many RV and camper park will not take anything except for new units).

What is your Mobile Home Park like?
We are a quiet, clean and affordable property. We are close to shopping, bus lines, St Joseph's hospital, and within walking distance to the football stadium.  The property is in the process of getting extensive renovation. At the same time we are working our best to keep the rents as low as possible. These are heard times and we understand it is not easy to make ends meet. We have many unfurnished units ready for you to move into. This community is in the heart of Tampa. This is a large mobile home park with shade trees and room to breathe. It is a clean, quiet and affordable place to live. We have onsite maintenance and grounds keeping.

Yes - We have outside laundry facilities

Do you have any furnished mobile homes?
No - All our mobile homes are unfurnished.
